NSB - Quicher/Ohtake, screw size M 1.4

The NSB - Quicher/Ohtake screw feeder is specifically designed for the precise feeding of very small screws of size M 1.4. This high-quality device is characterized by its compact construction with dimensions of 123 mm in width, 181 mm in length, and 148 mm in height. It is suitable for metric as well as imperial and self-tapping screws, including variants with washers or lock washers.
The device offers an impressive processing speed of up to 2 screws per second and can handle screws with a maximum thread length of 20 mm. The vibration strength of the feeder is individually adjustable, which, along with the adjustable bit guide, allows for precise positioning.
The NSB - Quicher/Ohtake comes with a 240V AC adapter that internally converts to DC 15V - 1A to ensure steady and reliable power supply. The device's filling volume is 80 cm³, which allows for efficient storage and feeding of screws.
