The Quicher/Ohtake screw dispenser NSR-26 is specifically designed for handling screws of size M 2.6 and allows a maximum thread length of 20 mm. This model is characterized by its compact dimensions of 123 mm width, 181 mm length, and 148 mm height, making it ideal for use in automated environments such as screw robots. The screws are presented freely, which facilitates removal by vacuum attachments.
The screw dispenser features an adjustable bit guide that enables precise positioning of the screws, as well as interchangeable feed rails of the NSR type. With a processing speed of 2 screws per second and the ability to handle screws with washers or lock washers, the NSR-26 offers high efficiency. The vibration strength of the device is adjustable to meet different requirements.
The device comes with an AC adapter for 240V 50/60 Hz, which provides an internal DC 15V - 1A output. With a filling volume of 80 cm³, the Quicher screw dispenser is optimal for technical applications where reliability and precision are paramount.

The NSR series exposes screws so that they can be removed, for example, in a screwdriving robot with a screwdriver (e.g. with vacuum attachment).
