PoSy80 base frame with column

The PoSy80 base frame with column is a high-quality solution for precise tool guidance in industrial applications. This system features a maintenance-free parallel support arm that allows for exact vertical tool guidance while effectively absorbing reaction moments. The construction is extremely torsion-resistant and fully ball-bearing, ensuring long-lasting and reliable performance.
With a span of 850 mm and a maximum load capacity of 80 Nm, the base frame is particularly robust. The tool holder is adjustable and can accommodate tools with diameters from 32 to 45 mm. The integrated pneumatic cylinder can be individually adjusted to different tool weights, allowing for flexible adaptation to various working conditions.
Additionally, the system offers the possibility of being expanded to a 3-axis positioning system. The pneumatic connection is designed with a 6 mm plug connection and is intended for an operating pressure of 6 bar. For mounting, both a column with a base for table mounting and a bracket for wall mounting are provided, enabling versatile use in different environments.
