The 4K image sensor delivers four times more detail than Full HD cameras. High Dynamic Range (HDR) ensures that important details are not lost in dark or bright areas of the image.

Intelligent functions
Automatic lens recognition
The user-friendly, intelligent lens holder automatically adjusts the magnification display to ensure maximum accuracy for every inspection.
Quick-change ring light
Smart clip-on ring lights automatically save and recall settings when connected. Quadrant-controlled white light, white and UV light and large panel lights can be attached directly to the camera and changed in seconds.
360° angled optics for a unique all-round view
Expand 2D imaging with rotating oblique views. The unique optics enable a complete 360° view without having to move the object. This simplifies and speeds up the inspection considerably. With a tilt angle of 34°, even hidden details on vertical components, in drill holes, on solder joints or other hidden features are clearly visible.

Electronics and coatings
In electronics production, precise inspections of PCBs, vias, components, solder masks and solder joints are essential. HALO enables razor-sharp visualization of highly reflective solder joints and facilitates the assessment of reflow quality. The white and UV ring illumination allows easy inspection of fluorescent coatings - both on and through the surface.
Biology and life science
HALO's high-resolution optics and innovative illumination solutions are ideal for numerous life science applications. In combination with a contrast-enhancing transmitted light, a pseudo-dark-field effect is created that highlights the edges and contours of translucent and
transparent samples - particularly beneficial for cell and life science research.
Micromechanics
Precision mechanics require clear, detailed imaging and reliable inspection of quality standards. Homogeneous illumination in conjunction with relevant software tools enables precise and efficient documentation of components and assemblies.
Plastics and additive manufacturing
Whether inspecting injection molds, cast components or 3D printed objects before or after sintering, optimal lighting is essential. HALO's surface illumination reliably highlights surface defects, while polarization filters and other optical adjustments facilitate the analysis of internal stresses.
Console version (remote control)
HALO can be connected directly to a monitor via HDMI without a PC and enables full control of zoom and camera settings. In addition, 4K images and videos can be saved directly to a USB drive.
PC-controlled version
Connect HALO to your PC and use software and image processing tools to capture images, label, measure objects directly on the screen, create detailed reports.
