TEK-FLEX-XY FHD digital microscope

The TEK-FLEX-XY FHD Digital Microscope from ideal-tek is an advanced optical bench inspection system, known for its high image quality and flexibility. This microscope offers an impressive optical magnification of 46x and a digital magnification of up to 140x on a 27" monitor. It is specifically designed for the inspection industry and allows for precise inspections even in compact spaces thanks to its telescopic camera arm.
The system features an adjustable Z-axis ranging from 310 mm to 60 mm and delivers distortion-free 1080p FHD images without any time delay. The robust construction is ESD-safe and offers both manual and fast autofocus. Additional features include a wireless remote control, real-time image transmission via DisplayPort, measuring software for the PC via USB port, and the ability to save images directly to a USB stick without using a PC.
With dimensions of 300 mm width, 600 mm height, and 500 mm length, and an input voltage of 100 - 240 V/AC and an output voltage of 12 V/DC, the microscope is both ergonomically and technically up-to-date. Get exceptionally sharp images for inspections, failure analysis and more with TEK-FLEX-XY.
TEK-FLEX-XY from ideal-tek is a high-resolution optical table-top inspection system with a telescopic arm for precise XY positioning and an adjustable Z-axis height from 310 mm to 60 mm. The camera offers an optical magnification of 46x (27“ monitor) and a digital magnification of up to 140x (92x recommended - 27” monitor). The ESD-safe TEK-FLEX-XY is equipped with both manual focus and impressively fast autofocus and delivers high-quality, distortion-free 1080p FHD images with excellent depth of field and no delay. LED lights ensure shadow-free illumination. The large working distance of 310 mm enables the inspection of a wide range of objects. TEK-FLEX-XY must be connected to a monitor.

DisplayPort output: live streaming of images on your monitor (FHD 1920x1080)

Using the remote control, you can zoom in and out, turn the autofocus on and off, fine-tune the focus and much more - all at the touch of a button. Simply connect the DisplayPort cable and get started.

 

Save your pictures directly to a USB stick

Snapshot mode. No computer required. Simply connect a USB stick to your TEK-FLEX-XY and press the MODE button on the remote control for a few seconds.

 

USB output: Live streaming of images on your PC (FHD 1920x1080)

Use the software toolbar to draw, take measurements, compare images and much more. The software is pre-installed on the supplied USB stick or you can download the latest version from our website (DOWNLOAD section). No drivers, no product keys required - just install and run.  

Ethernet connection

The Ethernet connection enables simultaneous screen sharing via the same IP address.


Telescopic movement

The telescopic movement of the camera arm has been specially developed for the inspection industry and enables efficient operation in compact spaces.
