Off-cut remover Hektor 2

The board separator Hektor 2, manufactured by CAB, is an efficient device for the gentle and rapid separation of routed PCB panels. The two-part die allows for easy assembly or blade replacement, which are available in five standard widths and custom intermediate sizes. The blades, made of special steel, including the L-blade for small web distances and the T-blade for edge web processing, prevent jamming in the milling groove.
The operating pressure can be adjusted directly on the device, and the punching process is triggered via a foot pedal. The punch waste is collected in a container and can be easily disposed of. The board separator measures 220 mm in width, 170 mm in height, and 255 mm in depth, with a weight of 2.7 kg. It operates optimally at an ambient temperature of 10 to 35 °C and can be stored at a humidity of 10 to 85%. The scope of delivery includes the Hektor 2 with pressure regulator and foot pedal, but without blades.
