The Piergiacomi bending pliers TO-220, 90° is a highly specialized tool made in Italy from robust carbon steel and features a non-glare phosphatization to ensure clear visibility of the workpiece. This model is specifically designed for precise bending of TO220 component leads, with the center lead being 2.54 mm shorter than the side leads. The pliers allow for an adjustment of the bending length starting from a minimum of 3 mm and have a total length of 155 mm.
The ergonomic, ESD-safe handles provide a non-slip grip and are designed for prolonged use. Thanks to the integrated return spring, the effort required for bending is reduced, which increases efficiency. The pliers meet the IEC 61340-5-1 standard and offer optimal surface resistance between 10^6 and 10^9 Ω, to prevent damage to sensitive electronic components.
With a steel thickness of 5 mm and ESD safety, this tool is ideal for technical tasks where precision and protection are critical.
