The Piergiacomi bending pliers TO-220 90° with 5 pins is an indispensable tool for the precise processing of electronic components. This model was specifically designed to bend the terminals of TO220 components in a single operation by 90°. The pliers allow the terminals 1-3-5 to be made 2.54 mm shorter than the terminals 2-4, with the bending length easily adjustable by a movable stop (at least 3 mm).
The pliers are made of robust steel, have a length of 155 mm, and a maximum capacity for soft material of 0.64 mm diameter. They are equipped with ESD-safe handles that prevent electrostatic discharge and meet the IEC 61340-5-1 standard. The ergonomic dolphin-shaped handle made of non-slip material ensures a secure grip and reduces the effort required thanks to an integrated return spring, which increases efficiency during work.
