The TO-220 90° bending pliers with 5 pins from Piergiacomi is a highly specialized tool designed for precise bending of TO220 component terminals. This plier allows bending five terminals simultaneously by 90°, where terminals 2-4 are 3.81 mm shorter than terminals 1-3-5. The bending length can be individually adjusted by a variable stop, starting at a minimum of 3 mm.
The plier has a total length of 155 mm and is made of robust steel with a thickness of 5.5 mm. The ergonomic ESD-safe handles are specifically designed for use in sensitive electronic areas and meet the standard IEC 61340-5-1. The surface resistance of these pliers ranges between 10^6 and 10^9 Ohm, ensuring the protection of sensitive components. An integrated return spring facilitates handling and increases efficiency during prolonged use.
