The Piergiacomi TO-220 90° bending pliers with 7 pins, made in Italy, are a high-quality tool crafted from carbon steel, specifically designed for the precise bending of TO220 component terminals. This specialized tool allows for bending the terminals by 90° in a single step, with terminals 2-4-6 being 2.54 mm shorter than terminals 1-3-5-7. The bending length can be precisely adjusted using a variable stop, starting from a minimum of 3 mm.
The pliers are 155 mm long and have a steel thickness of 5 mm. They are equipped with an ergonomic, non-slip dolphin handle that provides a secure grip even during extended use. The anti-glare phosphating of the tool ensures a clear view of the workpiece, while the integrated return spring minimizes the effort required and increases efficiency.
The ESD-safe handles meet the IEC 61340-5-1 standard and offer an ideal surface resistance of 10^6 to 10^9 Ω, protecting sensitive components from damage.
