ESD needle-nosed pliers 3890

The CK 3890 ESD precision pliers are a high-precision flat-round pliers, specifically designed for precision engineering, such as microelectronics and fine mechanics. They are characterized by their lightweight construction and the short, smooth jaws, which minimize the risk of damage to surrounding components. The pliers are made of hardened special tool steel and have a black oxidized surface, which offers corrosion resistance and reduces glare.
The electrostatically discharging handles of the pliers are conductive and, together with the contoured two-component handle design, provide a comfortable working experience, even during repeated activities. The gentle return spring additionally increases working comfort. A durable stainless steel rivet ensures a permanent connection of the components.
Technically, the pliers have a head length of 31 mm and a tip width of 1.5 mm. The total length is 145 mm, with a head thickness and width of 6 mm and 6.5 mm, respectively. Their ESD capability makes them ideal for sensitive working environments.
