Flat-nose pliers RX7490

The Lindström RX7490 flat nose pliers, engineered according to the ERGO™ process, combine functionality with utmost precision and user comfort. These pliers are made from a high-performance steel alloy and are hardened to a hardness of 42-46 HrC, making them extremely robust. The surface is polished, and the numerically controlled machine grinds increase the precision and durability of the tool.
The handles are made from an ESD-safe, synthetic two-component material and offer optimal grip through their thermoplastic surface on hard polypropylene. The innovative Micro-Touch handle shape allows for precise control and rotation of the pliers between the thumb and index finger, ideal for precision work. The integrated opening spring can be adjusted to three positions or removed to regulate the tension during use.
The pliers have a flat head shape with a jaw length of 20 mm and a width at the tip of 1.2 mm. The head thickness is 6.7 mm and the head width is 9 mm. With a length of 146 mm and a weight of only 70 g, this tool is both lightweight and handy. The gripping surface is smooth, which, along with the friction-reducing screw connection, further enhances the precision of the cutting edges.
