The KNIPEX 1000V 190 mm combination pliers are a high-quality tool designed for professional use. Made from chrome-vanadium electric steel, this tool offers exceptional durability and resistance. The pliers are VDE-tested and comply with the standards DIN EN 60900 and IEC 60900, making them suitable for working under voltage up to 1000V.
The pliers feature special gripping zones for both flat and round material, making them highly versatile. The cutting edges are designed for cutting soft, hard, and piano wire and are additionally induction-hardened, achieving a cutting hardness of approximately 64 HRC. The gripping jaws are also particularly wear-resistant with a hardness of about 53 HRC.
With a length of 190 mm and a large fulcrum, the pliers provide efficient handling of various materials up to a diameter of 2.5 mm for hard wire and 2.0 mm for piano wire. The chrome-plated surface and insulated handles enhance both safety and comfort during use. This precisely manufactured tool is an indispensable component for technical professionals in many industrial sectors.
