WXSF 120 Feeding unit

The WXSF 120 feed unit from Weller is an advanced solution for precise and efficient manual soldering processes in professional and industrial applications. This unit is distinguished by its ability to feed solder wire from Ø 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm evenly and controlled to the soldering tip, ensuring the highest soldering quality.
The feed unit offers an adjustable speed from 1 to 27.5 mm/s and a quick heating time of only 14 seconds. The pulse setting supports more precise solder application, while the energy-saving standby function contributes to efficiency. The system is compatible with all WX soldering stations and supports solder wire diameters from 0.5 to 1.0 mm, with the standard diameter being 0.8 mm.
Additional features such as the presettable solder quantity and the timer mode further optimize the soldering process. The adhesive-coated inner sides of the feed tube prevent the flux from sticking and reduce maintenance costs. With a total weight of 680 g and the ability to use solder rolls up to 1 kg, the WXSF 120 is a robust and reliable choice for demanding soldering tasks.

The WTSF 80 and WXSF 120 solder wire feed units are automated systems that feed the solder wire to the soldering tip in a precise and controlled manner. They have been specially developed for use in professional and industrial applications where precise soldering results and an efficient workflow are required. Automatic solder wire feed unit for effective, manual soldering processes. They are available in two versions with different outputs for different applications.
