The solder wire ISO-Core® EL S-Sn62Pb36Ag2 from Felder is specifically designed for precise soldering tasks in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, and electric motor construction. This product is distinguished by its highly pure alloy components, which are manufactured according to international standards and consist of an alloy of Sn62, Pb36, and Ag2.The melting point of the solder wire is at the eutectic 179°C, which allows for efficient processing. The diameter of the wire is 0.75 mm and it is supplied on a 500 g spool. Particularly noteworthy is the halogen-free activated no-clean flux content of 3.5%, which meets the standards DIN EN 29454.1, 1.1.3.B, 1.2.3.B, and 2.2.3.B or DIN EN 61190-1-3.
These characteristics make the ISO-Core® EL an ideal standard solder wire for manual and automatic soldering in electronics, offering not only high quality and reliability but also addressing environmental aspects through the use of halogen-free components.
