Solder wire ISO-Core® RA Sn100Ni+
The Felder ISO-Core® RA Sn100Ni+ solder wire is specifically designed for precise soldering tasks in electronics and electrical engineering, including applications in telecommunications and electric motor construction. This product features a highly pure Sn99.3Cu0.7AgNiGe alloy, which is completely lead-free and has a eutectic melting point of 227°C.The spool weighs 500g and is suitable for both hand soldering and machine soldering. The solder wire contains a halogen-activated flux that meets the standards DIN EN 29454.1, 1.1.2.B, and DIN EN 61190-1-3, ROM1, with a halogen content of less than 1% and a standard flux content of 2.5%.
This composition ensures efficient and reliable processing, ideal for high-quality solder joints in sensitive electronic assemblies.
