Self-adjusting crimping pliers with square crimping

The self-adjusting crimping tool from KNIPEX, model 97 53 08, is specifically designed for crimping ferrules according to DIN 46228 Part 1 + 4. This high-quality tool allows for crimping ferrules in a range from 0.08 to 10.0 mm² without the risk of crimping errors, as the tool automatically adjusts to the appropriate profile size. The frontal insertion of the ferrules and an optional lateral feed up to 2.5 mm² make handling easier and increase precision.
The crimping tool is characterized by a consistently high crimping quality, supported by a releasable forced lock and a factory-set precise crimp pressure calibration. The ergonomic design and the low weight of 477 g ensure high user comfort and fatigue-free working, even with large conductor cross-sections.
With a length of 190 mm, a width of 75 mm, and a height of 20 mm, the tool is compact and robust, made from burnished material for durability and reliability. The tool is not ESD-safe, which should be considered when used in corresponding environments.
