The product "Replacement Tip A2ABCF" by Ideal-Tek, made in Switzerland, is specifically designed for use in areas where precision and protection of sensitive components are required. This tip is made from ESD-capable plastic, reinforced with 30% carbon fiber to ensure high mechanical strength and stiffness. The tips are heat stabilized up to 130°C for continuous use and offer excellent chemical resistance to oils, greases, and most nonpolar solvents.The kit includes two carbon fiber tips and three screws, specifically developed for the Type 2ABCF tweezers. The angled shape of the tips, with a bend degree of 45° and a width of 2.0 mm, allows for optimal visibility and handling when gripping small components. Despite their high strength and stiffness, the tips have very low friction and excellent wear resistance, making them ideal for use in micromechanics and electronics assembly.
Please note that the tips are not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, hot water, or steam. The maximum short-term temperature resistance is 190°C, and the surface resistance is 10^2 Ω according to ASTM D 785.
