SMD tweezers Ultra Fine ESD 3c SA

The SMD Tweezers ESD Ultra Fine 3c SA by Bernstein are specifically designed for precise gripping, holding, and positioning tasks in technical laboratories and testing facilities. This high-quality tweezer is ideal for use under microscopes and in robotics, particularly for pick-and-place applications that require repeat accuracy.
The tweezers are made from a non-rusting austenitic chromium-nickel quality steel with low carbon content, which ensures excellent corrosion resistance, although they are not resistant to seawater. The surface is matte and finely polished to avoid reflections and has a conductive black ESD coating that provides a surface resistance of 10^6 to 10^9 ohms.
With a length of 110 mm and a weight of only 11 g, the tweezers offer a lightweight yet very strong and fine tip with a width of 0.2 mm (+/-0.05 tolerance). The antimagnetic property of the material prevents interference with sensitive electronic components. The combination of precise workmanship and special coating makes it an indispensable tool for professionals in electronics and precision work.

The ultra-fine stainless steel SMD tweezers from Bernstein have anti-magnetic, non-reflective, rust-free and acid-resistant properties. They are ESD-safe and suitable for use in electrostatically protected areas. The tweezers are ideal for precise gripping, holding and positioning work in laboratories, on test equipment, especially under the microscope. Also suitable for equipping robot technology (pick-and-place).
