Plastic is sustainable

Plastic is a sustainable material – if handled correctly! With over 40 years’ experience, Auer knows exactly what matters: only single-material solutions are used for the products, ensuring that at the end of their service life they can be sorted by type and are fully recyclable. To ensure high stability and durability, exactly as much material is used as is necessary – no more, but also no less.

Transport pallets

Auer’s ESD transport pallets are designed for safe and cost-effective transport processes within an ESD-protected area. Lightweight ESD pallets with a mesh deck impress with their very low weight combined with high stability and can be nested inside one another to save space. For higher demands on load-bearing capacity and stability,  ESD transport pallets with skids are available. Their robust mesh structure ensures a particularly sturdy design and is ideally suited to demanding applications in production and logistics.

Big Boxen

The ESD Big Boxes are collapsible and reduce their volume by up to 82 per cent when empty, thereby significantly lowering transport and storage costs. The ESD Big Boxes are designed to fit standard pallet dimensions, are available in various sizes and are fitted with feet, wheels or skids. Integrated access flaps allow quick access to the contents.

Folding boxes

ESD folding boxes can be folded down to a fraction of their transport volume in just a few simple steps. This significantly reduces space requirements and transport costs. At the same time, they are characterised by their low weight, high stability and good stackability. The conductive plastic reinforced with carbon fibres reliably protects electronic components from electrostatic charge and also prevents sparking.

Transport trolley  PP type 400 and type 400-PO

ESD transport trolleys enable the easy and safe transport of ESD plastic containers within the workplace. They support efficient workflows and ensure the convenient movement of containers between individual work and storage areas. DPV offers the Type 400 transport trolley with steel tube reinforcement, as well as the more cost-effective Type 400-PO variant without reinforcement.

Euro containers  with lid or without lid

ESD Euro containers (Light) are available in various sizes and designs and are made from antistatic plastic. Their lightweight, material-optimized design enables easy handling and efficient transport. At the same time, they are robust, stackable and suitable for use in warehousing, production and dispatch.

KLT containers

The ESD KLT Light containers are ideal for automated production lines and versatile manufacturing processes. Their standardized design allows for efficient integration into warehousing, transport and conveyor systems. At the same time, the electrically conductive plastic provides reliable protection for sensitive electronic components during storage and transport.

Rack and material flow boxes

The ESD rack and material flow boxes ensure order and clarity in the workplace. They can be equipped with optional  EPAstore® cross-dividers. Depending on the shelf depth, variants ranging from 30 to 60 centimetres are available, ensuring that work materials can always be stored in a clearly organized, labelled and easily accessible manner.

Storage boxes

ESD storage boxes with transparent lids can be flexibly adapted to different requirements. Optional inserts such as   transparent windowsenable clear, protected storage of components and small parts.

Drawer containers

Thanks to its robust modular design, the ESD drawer container from Auer can accommodate a wide variety of parts. The special, electrically conductive material provides reliable protection against static build-up. The complete system comprises a transport trolley and drawer container, two drawer holders and six drawers.

Accessories

Additional ESD accessories such as lids, viewing windows and inserts for Euro containers allow the containers to be customised to meet specific requirements in production, warehousing and logistics.
