The SDV 46 and SDV 46 Basic models are industrial vacuum packaging machines for the reliable packaging of moisture-sensitive materials and components. Both systems have a robust chamber construction made of high-quality stainless steel with an antistatic surface and meet the requirements for a hygienic and maintenance-friendly design in accordance with HACCP guidelines.

The machines are equipped with a double sealing seam as standard and enable the reliable sealing of aluminum composite pouches with a vapor barrier up to a material thickness of 180 µm. The tool-free plug-in system of the sealing bars ensures easy maintenance and minimized downtimes.
