DRY-SHIELD ESD/EMI Protective bags

DRY-SHIELD ESD/EMI protective bags are non-transparent, moisture-impermeable aluminized barrier bags. They offer excellent protection against moisture and electrostatic charge thanks to a special multilayer of antistatic polyolefin film and metallized polyester film. The bags have the following common properties:

• heat-sealable
• vacuum sealable
• Shielding bag with moisture protection
• Electrostatic shielding < 10 nJ (energy test)
• EMI shielding > 40 db
• Moisture protection through multilayer of dissipative polyolefin film and metallized polyester film 
• Standard imprint: ESD warning symbol, moisture symbol, type designation, recycling symbol, LOT no. 
• in compliance with MIL-B81705 Type 1 Class 1 

The shielding bags differ in size within this product family.

Note: The complete “dry package” concept for the packaging of electronics comprises three essential components: protective bags with a moisture barrier to protect the components from external moisture, desiccants to absorb residual moisture inside the packaging and moisture indicators to monitor the effectiveness of the moisture protection.
