The ESD device castor wheel with back hole and "stop-fix" function from Blickle has a load capacity of 75 kg and is specifically designed for use in ESD-sensitive environments. The housing of the LRA series is made of galvanically zinc-plated, blue passivated sheet steel and is Cr6-free, which underscores the robustness and durability of the product. The double ball bearing in the swivel head allows for smooth operation with minimal play, contributing to a long service life.The wheel of the TPA series features a tread made of high-quality thermoplastic rubber elastomer (TPE) with a hardness of 85 Shore A, which is gray and non-marking, and has high chemical resistance. The wheel body made of impact-resistant polypropylene is black. The castor is temperature resistant from -20 °C to +60 °C, although the load capacity is reduced at temperatures above +30 °C.
Additionally, the product is equipped with a brake and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. With a diameter of 50 mm and an overall height of 69 mm, the castor provides an efficient solution for devices that require safe and conductive mobility.
