The cutting and bending machine TP 6 / V-PR from Olamef is specifically designed for processing taped axial components with a wire diameter of 0.5 to 0.8 mm. This machine allows for precise cutting and bending of components and is ideally designed for vertical assembly. A significant feature is the integrated bead device, which applies a bead (snap in) to the connecting wires, simplifying assembly.
The machine has a width of 180 mm, a height of 220 mm, and a length of 490 mm. It can process components with a length of 3 to 15 mm and a component body diameter of 0.5 to 4 mm. The distance between the component body and the wire end varies between 4.3 and 10 mm, while the distance from the top of the component body to the bend ranges from 2.8 to 5 mm.
With a capacity of up to 7,000 components per hour and a weight of 11 kg, this robust and efficient machine offers high productivity and reliability for industrial applications. The standard tape pitch is 2.54 mm. An adjustable motor drive, available separately, is recommended for optimal adaptation to various processing requirements.

TP 6 / V-PR

Cutting and bending machine for axial components, with crimping device, standing assembly

With the cutting and bending machine TP 6 / V PR taped axial components for the standing mounting can be cut and bent. The crimping device makes a crimp (snap in) on the leads. An adjustable motor drive is recommended and available as an accessory. Components with leads up to a diameter of 0.8 mm can be processed.

The machines differ in the pitch pattern (P = 2.54 mm or 5.08 mm)
