The slot wall 422 from WEZ is an efficient solution for handling circuit boards in production environments, warehouses, and during transport. With dimensions of 355 x 180 x 22 mm and a base stop of type 22, this product offers robust and reliable support for your requirements. The wall is made from black, electrostatically volume conductive polypropylene, which complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for use in ESD-sensitive areas.
The slot wall features 30 slots with a width of 3.5 mm and a depth of 2.5 mm, spaced at 10.16 mm intervals. This design allows for securely and stably holding various sizes of circuit boards. The unreinforced design, with a weight of 0.53 kg and temperature resistance from -20 to 80 °C, ensures high flexibility and durability under various operating conditions. The slotted wall 400 is a component of the WEZ Rack System 180 and is used for the safe storage and handling of PCBs.

  • Material: volume conductive polypropylene
  • Complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1
  • Available as unreinforced and reinforced version
  • Available with open groove ends to allow the PCBs to slide through, or as bottom stop variants for secure fixing of the PCBs
  • Inlet bevels facilitate insertion and optional clip-on groove locks secure unused grooves.
  • Suitable for 400 x 300 mm or 600 x 400 mm containers
  • Holds a maximum of 30 PCBs with an insertion dimension of up to 220 or 520 mm
