REELO SMD Reel storage system
The REELO storage system allows the flexible, space-saving storing of SMD reels. With a storage area of 2000 x 1300 x 500 mm (WxHxD) up to 1344 reels (Ø 180 mm) can be stored in a well organized manner.
Unlike conventional insert systems, the stored SMD reels can be moved by simply removing a partition wall. Because of this fluctuating storage quantities and the inclusion of new component types can be easily handled.
The pluggable partition walls make an easy compartmentation of the REELO-BOX possible. The size of each compartment can be easily resized by adding/removing a partition wall.
No re-sort of the SMD reels is needed. The REELO-BOX is designed to move the reels within the box.
The handle affixed at the front of the REELO-BOX allows a quick and easy access to the content of the box.
Empty REELO boxes are stackable and need only little space.
