Safety clog x-light with velcro fastener

The safety clog ESD AB-7131030 by ABEBA combines functionality and comfort for professional use. This model is specifically designed for use in ESD-protected areas and meets the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345:2012. The shoe is classified in safety class SB and offers additional protection through a steel toe cap and a slip-resistant PU outsole (SRC), which is also resistant to oil and gasoline.
The upper material made of smooth leather and the lining, enriched with silver ions, guarantee hygiene and comfort. A special feature is the replaceable footbed, which also allows the use of orthopedic inserts according to DGUV 112-191. The practical Velcro fastener facilitates quick putting on and taking off of the shoe. With a weight of only 435 g at size 42 and available in sizes from 35 to 48, this clog is ideal for long working days. The unisex design makes it suitable for both men and women.
The x-light series stands for extremely light and cushioning-active shoes that make the workday safer and more comfortable.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class SB
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They generally meet the minimum requirements for safety shoes and are slip-resistant. Mostly suitable for indoor use, shoes with an open heel area such as slippers or clogs. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.

Clog x-light with velcro fastener

The x-light range offers very light and flexible models that are ideal for movement-intensive professions where lightness and freedom of movement are important. This series emphasizes the lightweight feel and high level of comfort.

 

The x-light safety clog from ABEBA combines functionality and comfort for professional use. This unisex model is characterized by its high-quality smooth leather and a practical velcro fastener that makes it quick to put on and take off. The steel toe cap provides effective protection against external impacts, while the slip-resistant PU outsole (SRC) offers a secure grip even on oily and petrol-resistant surfaces.

The lining with silver ions, promotes hygiene and prevents the formation of bacteria. The insole of the clog is replaceable and complies with the DGUV 112-191 standard for orthopedic adaptations.

Certified in accordance with DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345:2012 (SB, FO, SRC), this safety clog meets the highest standards in terms of safety and ESD protection. It is ideal for industrial environments where electronic components are processed.
