Safety shoe uni6, suede/textile

The ESD AB-31721 safety shoe by ABEBA is specifically designed for high demands on safety and comfort. This low shoe features a robust steel toe cap and meets the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345:2011 S1, making it the ideal choice for various work environments. The upper material is made of a combination of smooth leather and breathable suede, complemented by textile inserts that ensure optimal air circulation.
The insole is replaceable and meets the orthopedic requirements according to DGUV 112-191, which increases wearing comfort and supports foot health. The lining is enriched with silver ions, known for their antibacterial properties. The soft PU midsole and the oil- and petrol-resistant TPU outsole with flex zones offer excellent slip resistance (SRC) and make the shoe particularly durable.
Available in black and in sizes 35 to 48, this unisex shoe is suitable for both men and women. The reflective strips ensure improved visibility, and the functional joint stabilizer supports the ankle with every movement. With a weight of only 400 g in size 42, this shoe offers a lightweight yet protective solution for everyday work.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.

The uni6 lace-up shoe from ABEBA is a high-quality choice for working environments that require ESD protection. This low shoe combines functionality with comfort and safety, ideal for use in industry and trade. The smooth leather and breathable suede upper features reflective stripes for increased visibility. The lining contains silver ions, which are known for their antibacterial properties, and the replaceable insole offers additional comfort.

The soft PU midsole and the oil- and petrol-resistant TPU outsole with flex zones ensure slip resistance in accordance with the SRC standard. It complies with the DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20347:2012 standards.
