ESD safety shoe uni6, suede/textile

The ESD safety shoe uni6 by ABEBA, made from a combination of smooth leather and breathable suede, is specifically designed for use in industry and crafts. This unisex half shoe in black is available in sizes 35 to 48 and meets the safety class S1 according to the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345:2011.
The robust construction includes a steel toe cap for optimal toe protection and a slip-resistant TPU outsole that meets SRC standards. The shoe features a lining enriched with silver ions for antibacterial properties, and a replaceable insole of the Active Comfort type. Additional safety is provided by reflective strips on the upper material, which improve visibility.
The soft-PU midsole ensures high wearing comfort, while orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191 can be integrated to meet individual foot needs. Weighing 400 g in size 42, this shoe is an ideal choice for daily protection and comfort in demanding work environments.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
The DGUV Rule 112-191 defines how foot and knee protection must be properly used – particularly with regard to orthopedic insoles in safety shoes. Only safety shoes that are certified according to this rule may be fitted with custom insoles without impairing their protective function. This ensures that the safety features of the footwear remain fully intact.

The uni6 series offers versatile and easy-care models designed for different working environments. The shoes have a good balance between comfort and robustness. They are particularly suitable for everyday use.

 

The uni6 lace-up shoe from ABEBA is a high-quality choice for working environments that require ESD protection. This low shoe combines functionality with comfort and safety, ideal for use in industry and trade. The smooth leather and breathable suede upper features reflective stripes for increased visibility. The lining contains silver ions, which are known for their antibacterial properties, and the replaceable insole offers additional comfort.

The soft PU midsole and the oil- and petrol-resistant TPU outsole with flex zones ensure slip resistance in accordance with the SRC standard. It complies with the DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20347:2012 standards. With the option of using orthopedic insoles in accordance with DGUV 112-191, this shoe offers an optimum balance between protection and comfort.
