ESD safety shoe x-light, microfiber

The ESD safety shoe x-light by ABEBA, available in sizes 35 to 48 and in black, combines maximum comfort with comprehensive safety. This unisex lace-up shoe is made from breathable microfiber and features a special lining enriched with silver ions to achieve an antibacterial effect. The safety class S2 is ensured by a robust steel toe cap.
The PU outsole is oil and petrol resistant and slip-resistant according to SRC standard, making the shoe ideal for demanding work environments. The replaceable Active Comfort insole not only provides additional comfort but can also be orthopedically adjusted (DGUV 112-191). The shoe meets the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20347:2012 (O2, FO, SRC) and is washable at up to 30 °C, which significantly eases maintenance.
Weighing just 480 g in size 42, the shoe promotes freedom of movement and is particularly suitable for professions requiring intensive movement. The lace-up closure ensures a personalized fit that guarantees secure hold.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Safety class S2
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area and a fuel-resistant sole. Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Washability
The shoe can be machine washed (at 30°C or 60°C depending on the model).
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
The DGUV Rule 112-191 defines how foot and knee protection must be properly used – particularly with regard to orthopedic insoles in safety shoes. Only safety shoes that are certified according to this rule may be fitted with custom insoles without impairing their protective function. This ensures that the safety features of the footwear remain fully intact.
HACCP-compliant
The quality feature HACCP (HAZARD ANALYSIS CRITICAL CONTROL POINTS) can be used to identify, evaluate and eliminate significant health hazards from food. Through this quality assurance, Abeba ensures the exclusion of materials that are susceptible to bacterial foci. Low shoe x-light, microfiber

The x-light range offers very light and flexible models that are ideal for movement-intensive professions where lightness and freedom of movement are important. This series emphasizes the lightweight feel and high level of comfort.

 

The x-light lace-up shoe from ABEBA is an excellent choice for men and women who value comfort and safety in the workplace. This low shoe combines functionality with a modern design. The upper is made of breathable microfiber, while the lining is enriched with silver ions to ensure an antibacterial effect.

The PU outsole is not only extra lightweight, but also oil- and petrol-resistant and slip-resistant in accordance with the SRC standard. Particularly noteworthy is the replaceable Active Comfort insole, which offers additional comfort and can be orthopedically adapted (DGUV 112-191). The shoe complies with the DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20347:2012 standards (O2, FO, SRC).
