Safety clog ANATOM, microfiber

The ANATOM ESD AB-32125-1 safety clog by ABEBA combines the highest safety standards with a comfortable design for professional use. This model is specifically available for men in sizes 49 to 52 and features a black microfiber upper that is breathable and can be washed at 30°C. The steel toe cap meets SB safety class standards and provides reliable toe protection, while the antibacterial properties of the lining, enhanced by silver ions, ensure a hygienic environment inside the shoe.
The clog's dual-layer PU sole is equipped with a flex zone and shock absorption, offers protection against ankle twisting, and includes a TPU torsion joint, making the shoe particularly slip-resistant (SRC). The firm, yet adjustable heel strap and the Velcro closure on the instep area ensure an optimal fit to the foot. Additionally, the insole is replaceable and meets the orthopedic requirements of DGUV 112-191, further enhancing wearing comfort.
The clog is not only functional but also ergonomically designed to provide maximum comfort throughout the day, even with a shoe weight of only 430 g in size 42.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Safety class SB
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They generally meet the minimum requirements for safety shoes and are slip-resistant. Mostly suitable for indoor use, shoes with an open heel area such as slippers or clogs. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Washability
The shoe can be machine washed (at 30°C or 60°C depending on the model).
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.

The quality feature HACCP (HAZARD ANALYSIS CRITICAL CONTROL POINTS) can be used to identify, evaluate and eliminate significant health hazards from food. Through this quality assurance, Abeba ensures the exclusion of materials that are susceptible to bacterial foci. Clog ANATOM, microfiber

The ANATOM range is focused on ergonomic comfort and foot health for people who stand or walk for long periods. The models are particularly suitable for the healthcare sector and demanding working environments.

 

The ANATOM safety clog from ABEBA is specially designed for use in demanding work environments. This shoe offers optimum protection and comfort. The upper is made of breathable microfiber, which is washable at 30°C, and has an antibacterial lining with silver ions to improve hygiene. The fixed, adjustable heel straps ensure an individual fit and stability.

The steel toe cap corresponds to safety class SB and complies with the EN ISO 20345:2007 and DIN EN 61340-5-1 standards, making the clog suitable for electrostatically sensitive areas. The two-layer PU sole with anti-torsion protection, flex zone and shock absorption offers excellent slip resistance (SRC) and is equipped with an asymmetric heel and torsion joint made of TPU, which offers additional protection against injuries.

This unisex clog is equipped with a replaceable Active Comfort insole that enables orthopedic adjustments in accordance with DGUV 112-191. The Velcro fastener makes it easy to put the shoe on and take it off quickly.
