The Baak Pan ESD barefoot safety shoe combines advanced safety technologies with high comfort. This low shoe is part of the "Barefoot-Feeling" series and offers a nearly barefoot-like walking experience. The upper material and the lining are made of textile, which ensures good breathability. The rubber outsole and midsole provide flexibility and slip resistance (SR), while the plastic penetration protection and aluminum toe cap offer comprehensive protection.Available in sizes 36 to 48 and in the color combination olive/black, this shoe fits a variety of work environments. The ESD capability ensures protection of sensitive electronics from static discharge. The shoe meets the requirements of the S1PS safety class and offers additional protective features such as FO and HRO. The light weight of 495 g (size 42) and the lace-up closure complete the design. Orthopedic insoles according to DGUV 112-191 can also be integrated to meet individual foot needs.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Safety class S1PS
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant textile insole (tested with a 3 mm test nail with at least 1100 N pressure) and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.

Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Very lightweight shoe
The shoe is made of textile material and therefore has a low weight (size 42 less than 500 g). The low weight significantly reduces the effort and energy required from the wearer.
Vegan
The shoe is leather-free and free from other animal products. No animal materials or auxiliary materials with components of animal origin are used in production either.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
