ESD Sicherheitsschuh Barfuß Phoenix

The ESD safety shoe Barefoot, Phoenix, manufactured by BAAK, combines advanced safety features with high wearing comfort. This barefoot safety shoe is certified according to DIN EN ISO 20345:2024 S3S FO HRO SR ESD and offers optimal protection thanks to its aluminum flex cap and the puncture-resistant Baak NeoShield textile midsole, which is made entirely from recycled material.
The upper material of the shoe consists of 40% recycled textile material, while the lining is completely made from recycled functional material, making the shoe particularly environmentally friendly. The innovative Baak Barefoot Zero insole and the Baak®Go&Relax system support the natural flexing of the foot, contributing to improved foot health.
The EVA/rubber sole with Baak Flexzone and H coupling element ensures flexibility and slip resistance, while the padded tongue and the replaceable footbed insert provide additional comfort. The shoe is available in sizes 36-48 and covers a foot length from 240mm to 320mm. It is also antibacterial, antistatic, and ESD-suitable, provides protection against heat, fuels, oil, and water, and is waterproof for up to one hour.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Safety class S3S
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant textile insole (tested with a 3 mm test nail with at least 1100 N pressure), a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SR
The shoe is slip-resistant on ceramic tile floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Very lightweight shoe
The shoe is made of textile material and therefore has a low weight (size 42 less than 500 g). The low weight significantly reduces the effort and energy required from the wearer.
Vegan
The shoe is leather-free and free from other animal products. No animal materials or auxiliary materials with components of animal origin are used in production either.
Go & Relax
Baak® go&relax is an innovative system designed primarily for people who wear safety shoes for many hours a day. It is based on three functional elements (asymmetrical toe cap, biomechanically optimized flex zone and biomechanical H-coupling element). In this way, it ensures healthy feet and relief for the entire musculoskeletal system.

Safety shoe Barefoot Phoenix / Pegasus

The Barefoot, Phoenix, and Pegasus ESD safety shoes and boots from BAAK combine advanced safety features with high wearing comfort.
