ESD safety shoe MOTION Low
The MOTION Low ESD from Elten is a highly functional safety shoe, specifically designed for technical and industrial work environments. This shoe combines a hydrophobic microfiber and CORDURA® upper with a metal-free construction, including a plastic toe cap that meets EN ISO 20345 S2 and SRC standards. The TPU/PU sole provides excellent cushioning behavior and is oil- and chemical-resistant as well as antistatic, enhancing safety at the workplace.The MOTION Low ESD is available in sizes 38 to 47 and features an attractive black-gray design. The breathable properties of the textile lining ensure high wearing comfort, while the closed, padded tongue offers additional protection. The shoe is part of the "Trainers" series and includes a replaceable ESD PRO grey insole that also meets orthopedic requirements according to DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259. Weighing 515 g in size 42 and featuring a slip-resistant SRC classification, this low shoe offers an optimal balance between safety and comfort.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Safety class S2
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area and a fuel-resistant sole.
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Metal-free
The shoe is completely metal-free. It is made of textile material and plastic elements (protective toe cap, eyelets, etc.).
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
The DGUV Rule 112-191 defines how foot and knee protection must be properly used – particularly with regard to orthopedic insoles in safety shoes. Only safety shoes that are certified according to this rule may be fitted with custom insoles without impairing their protective function. This ensures that the safety features of the footwear remain fully intact.
