The LANCE black low ESD safety shoe from Elten combines cutting-edge technology with the highest safety standards. This low shoe from the WELLMAXX series is specifically designed for men and offers optimal wearing comfort thanks to its microfiber and textile construction and a padded tongue. The steel toe cap and metal-free penetration guard reliably protect against injuries, while the TPU/PU sole MAXXIMO, equipped with a sole core made from Infinergy® by BASF, provides outstanding cushioning and is simultaneously oil and chemical resistant.
The shoe meets the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1, EN ISO 20345 S1P, and SRC, Form A, and offers slip resistance class SRC. Available in sizes 40 to 48 and equipped with a replaceable ESD SPORTIVE black insole, this shoe also meets orthopedic requirements according to DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259. Additional safety features like antistatic properties and compliance with additional requirements A, E, FO complete the profile of this high-quality safety shoe.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Steel toe cap
Steel toe caps are somewhat heavier than other materials, but are very stable and resistant. As a rule, they can withstand a force of at least 200 joules.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
The DGUV Rule 112-191 defines how foot and knee protection must be properly used – particularly with regard to orthopedic insoles in safety shoes. Only safety shoes that are certified according to this rule may be fitted with custom insoles without impairing their protective function. This ensures that the safety features of the footwear remain fully intact.
BASF Infinergy®
Elastic like rubber, but resiliently light. The world's first expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (E-TPU). Combines the properties of TPU with the advantages of foams. Infinergy® has a low density, is extremely elastic and abrasion-resistant and has very good resilience. Infinergy® also has a permanent load-bearing capacity in a wide temperature range (-20 to over +40°C).

Safety shoe WELLMAXX Lance

The LANCE safety shoes from Elten combine modern technology and comfort for professional use. These low shoes are made of high-quality microfiber and textile and offer additional comfort thanks to their padded tongue. Particularly noteworthy is the innovative TPU/PU sole MAXXIMO with a sole core made of Infinergy® from BASF, which ensures outstanding cushioning properties and is also oil- and chemical-resistant and antistatic.
The steel toe cap and the metal-free penetration protection meet the safety class and offer optimum protection in accordance with the EN ISO 20345 SRC and DIN EN 61340-5-1 standards. The shoe is characterized by its slip resistance and is equipped with a replaceable ESD SPORTIVE insole, which is also suitable for orthopaedic adjustments in accordance with DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259.
The lace fastener ensures an individual fit, making the shoes particularly suitable for use in areas where safety and comfort are required.
