ESD Safety shoe TIO blue

The ESD safety shoe TIO, manufactured by Jalas, is a highly functional safety product specifically designed for demanding work environments. This low shoe combines innovative Three-In-One sole technology with JALAS® COMSOFT AIR™ micro-air bubbles, which provide exceptional softness and excellent shock absorption. The integrated PORON® XRD® technology absorbs up to 90% of impact energy, making the shoe especially comfortable during long workdays.
The shoes are available in sizes 35-48 and offer a precise, pressure-free fit through the BOA® Fit System, making them ideal for jobs that frequently involve kneeling. They are equipped with an aluminum toe cap and a soft textile penetration protection, making them safe and robust. The RPU outsole is oil-resistant and slip-resistant according to SRC standard, and the microfiber and textile upper is water-repellent, distinguishing the blue variant of the shoe.
The polyester lining, the replaceable JALAS 8304 FX3 Soft insole, and the additional ventilation slots with mesh cover in other model variants increase breathability and contribute to a comfortable wearing experience. The shoe meets the S3 safety class, making it an excellent choice for technical professionals who need both comfort and protection.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Safety class S3
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic, waterproof and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole, a profiled outsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
BOA® Fit System
The BOA® Fit System consists of three essential components: a finely adjustable twist lock, a lightweight yet extremely strong rope and low-friction rope guides. All BOA® Fit systems enable a precise fit quickly and effortlessly and come with the BOA® guarantee.
Ergothan
Ergothan, an efficient shock absorption system, makes the shoes very ergonomic and prevents injuries to the feet. A plastic clasp under the insole makes the shoes stable and provides support for long working days.

Safety shoe TIO

The safety shoes in the JALAS® TIO series combine exceptional softness with stable functionality—ideal for long working days in demanding environments. Thanks to the innovative Three-In-One (TIO) sole technology with JALAS® COMSOFT AIR™ micro air bubbles, every step feels like walking on air. The shoes offer reliable protection thanks to an aluminum toe cap and soft textile penetration protection, combined with an oil-resistant, slip-resistant RPU outsole.

The BOA® Fit System ensures a precise fit without pressure points – particularly comfortable when working on your knees. Depending on the model, the shoes offer either water-repellent properties or additional ventilation slots with mesh covers for maximum breathability. The JALAS 8304 FX3 Soft insole provides additional comfort and is replaceable.
