ESD safety boot E-SPORT 1655
The Jalas safety boots 1655 E-Sport ESD are specifically designed for electronically sensitive work areas and meet the highest safety standards according to DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345:2011 in the S1P SRC class. These unisex boots feature an aluminum toe cap and composite penetration protection, making them exceptionally sturdy. The upper material is made from a leather-textile combination, offering durability and comfort.The sole is oil-resistant, antistatic, and provides excellent slip resistance due to the SRC classification. For additional comfort, there is a shock absorption zone made from Ergothan, while the replaceable FX2 Classic insole allows for the use of orthopedic inserts according to DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259. Available in sizes 36 to 47 and in colors black, blue, and gray, these boots weigh 565 g in size 42.

ESD approved
Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
The DGUV Rule 112-191 defines how foot and knee protection must be properly used – particularly with regard to orthopedic insoles in safety shoes. Only safety shoes that are certified according to this rule may be fitted with custom insoles without impairing their protective function. This ensures that the safety features of the footwear remain fully intact.
Ergothan
Ergothan, an efficient shock absorption system, makes the shoes very ergonomic and prevents injuries to the feet. A plastic clasp under the insole makes the shoes stable and provides support for long working days.
