Safety shoe Racer EcoTech Free Roller

The Racer EcoTech Free Roller, manufactured by Sievi, is a highly functional safety shoe of class S1PL, distinguished by its innovative material composition and eco-friendly features. The upper combines microfiber with textile and lateral mesh, making the shoe not only lightweight but also ensuring excellent breathability. The aluminum toe cap and composite puncture protection provide optimal safety, while the BOA® Fit System allows for quick entry and exit.
The PU sole is oil- and chemical-resistant as well as antistatic. The 3D-dry® lining ensures a dry foot environment. Additionally, the shoe is ESD-approved and meets the standard EN ISO 20345. Available in sizes from 35 to 48 and designed for both men and women, this low shoe comes in black and meets the additional requirements FO.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Safety class S1PL
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant textile insole (tested with a 4.5 mm test nail with at least 1100 N pressure) and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SR
The shoe is slip-resistant on ceramic tile floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole steel
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Steel midsoles are not affected by the shape of sharp objects or hazards. However, they only cover 85% of the tread surface. They are often used in the construction industry.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
BOA® Fit System
The BOA® Fit System consists of three essential components: a finely adjustable twist lock, a lightweight yet extremely strong rope and low-friction rope guides. All BOA® Fit systems enable a precise fit quickly and effortlessly and come with the BOA® guarantee.
3D-dry lining
Das von Sievi entwickelte 3D-dry-Futter leitet die Fußfeuchtigkeit vom Fuß zur zweiten und damit äußeren Schicht des Futtermaterials und weiter durch das Obermaterial aus dem Schuh ab.
FlexStep®
The FlexStep® outsole with micropores developed by Sievi preserves its excellent shock absorption and elasticity even in frosty conditions. The springy construction of the FlexStep® sole element protects the foot and spine from impact and excessive stress. All Sievi shoes have a FlexStep® sole.

Safety shoe Racer EcoTech

The Racer EcoTech safety shoes from Sievi combine advanced technology with maximum comfort and safety. The aluminum toe cap and textile fibre penetration protection offer optimum protection, while the Boa® closure system ensures an individual fit.
The textile upper and the innovative 3D-dry® lining ensure breathability and dryness. The PU outsole, enriched with FlexEnergy, not only guarantees excellent slip resistance (SR), but also oil and chemical resistance. The shoe is also antistatic and meets the EN ISO 20345: S3L SRC and DIN EN 61340-5-1 standards.
The Racer EcoTech is designed as a low shoe and is suitable for people who work in demanding environments and value safety and comfort.
