Safety boot Red 360 Blaster ESD blue/black

The Blaster ESD safety boot in the blue/black color combination from the RED 360 series by U-Power offers an optimal mix of protection and comfort for industry and crafts. The upper material is made of soft suede, while the perforated aluminum toe cap and the metal-free puncture protection ensure a high safety standard. The boots comply with the standards DIN EN 61340-5-1, EN ISO 20345 with protection class S1P, and slip resistance SRC, making them particularly suitable for work environments with electrostatic risks and slippery surfaces.
The breathable design with a replaceable footbed that contains an Infinergy® core from BASF ensures ergonomic wearing comfort and energy efficiency. The PU/PU outsole is oil-resistant and antistatic. Available in sizes from 35 to 48 and suitable for all genders, these boots also offer orthopedic customization options according to DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259. The lace-up closure completes the functional design and ensures a secure fit.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1P
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant steel midsole and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Aluminum toe cap
Aluminum toe caps are approx. 40 % lighter than steel caps, but do not rust. They have very high stability and durability and are recyclable.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
BASF Infinergy®
Elastic like rubber, but resiliently light. The world's first expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (E-TPU). Combines the properties of TPU with the advantages of foams. Infinergy® has a low density, is extremely elastic and abrasion-resistant and has very good resilience. Infinergy® also has a permanent load-bearing capacity in a wide temperature range (-20 to over +40°C).
Save and Flex plus
The exclusive puncture-resistant "no metal" insole is lighter than traditional steel, more flexible and safer. It is connected directly to the shaft and guarantees 100% penetration resistance. U-POWER uses only the high-quality, puncture-resistant "Save & Flex" PLUS insole for all of its own products, the pressure load of which is far higher than required by the current standard.
Insole WOW
The WOW insole with an anatomical structure is made of a soft, dynamic material compound from BASF with an excellent self-sculpting property that evenly distributes body weight over the entire sole of the foot. This means more comfort and a long-lasting sense of well-being.

Safety shoe RED 360 Blaster / Mason

The Mason safety shoe and Blaster safety boot from the RED 360 series by U-Power combine the highest safety standards with modern design and comfort. The soft suede upper and the perforated aluminum toe cap offer optimum protection, while the metal-free penetration protection provides additional safety. The shoes are equipped with a breathable lining and a replaceable insole, which ensures fatigue-free wear during long working hours. The innovative Infinergy® sole core technology from BASF in the footbed guarantees excellent springback and thus improves energy efficiency with every step.
The PU/PU outsole is oil-resistant, slip-resistant and antistatic, making these models ideal for a wide range of working environments. They also meet the DIN EN 61340-5-1 and EN ISO 20345 standards (class S1P, SRC) and are orthopaedically adaptable in accordance with DGUV 112-191 and ÖNORM Z 1259.
