ESD safety shoe uvex 1 x-craft pro black

The ESD safety shoe uvex 1 x-craft pro in black is specifically designed for chromium allergy sufferers and offers an optimal combination of safety, comfort, and design. The textile upper and the breathable mesh lining ensure high wearing comfort and improved air circulation. The metal-free plastic toe cap along with the overcap effectively protects against impacts and pressure.
The TPU outsole ensures slip resistance and is resistant to oil and gasoline. The PU midsole and the replaceable insole increase comfort, while the practical quick release and elastic laces allow for easy on and off. The shoe meets the safety standards EN ISO 20345 S1PL and DIN EN 61340-5-1, provides textile puncture protection, and is available in sizes from 35 to 52.
Manufactured by Uvex, this low shoe guarantees durability and quality. Ideal for various work environments where slip resistance and protection against chemical substances are required.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 ohms.
Safety class S1PL
Shoes with a protective toe cap made of aluminum, plastic or steel. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a puncture-resistant textile insole (tested with a 4.5 mm test nail with at least 1100 N pressure) and a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SR
The shoe is slip-resistant on ceramic tile floors with glycerine.
Penetration protection/midsole metal-free
The penetration protection protects the foot from nails and other sharp objects. Metal-free penetration protection made of textile fabric is lighter and more flexible and covers the entire surface of the foot. However, very sharp objects can penetrate it.
Overcap
The toe cap is usually made of plastic material (e.g. PU or TPU) and is firmly attached to the shoe. It protects the front area of a work shoe from premature wear and thus extends the service life of the safety shoe.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
uvex xenova® system
The high-performance, completely metal-free uvex xenova® system is used to protect the foot in the safety shoe. The protective toe cap fits perfectly and guarantees special comfort when working on the knees and bumping. The flexible, penetration-resistant midsole fits exactly to the insole in its width, does not act as a cold bridge and thus promotes comfort when worn.

Safety shoe uvex 1 x-craft

The uvex 1 x-craft safety shoes combine high safety standards with comfort and design. These low shoes have been specially developed for people allergic to chrome and are made from a textile upper. The metal-free plastic toe cap and the additional overcap offer optimum protection. Thanks to the elastic laces and the practical quick-release fastener, the shoe is easy to put on and take off.
The TPU outsole ensures slip resistance (SR) and is also oil and petrol resistant (FO). The PU midsole and replaceable insole offer additional comfort. The shoe complies with the EN ISO 20345 S1PL and DIN EN 61340-5-1 standards.
The breathable mesh lining significantly increases wearer comfort. The textile penetration protection makes the shoe an excellent choice for various working environments. These models are manufactured by Uvex, which ensures high quality and durability.
