Safety boot ESD uvex 1 G2, perforated, black/blue

The Uvex safety boot ESD 1 G2 combines high safety standards with comfort for the wearer. This lightweight safety shoe is specifically designed for chrome allergy sufferers and features a sole that is free from silicone. The elastic laces and lace-up closure ensure an optimal fit, while the metal-free plastic cap protects the toe area.
The PU outsole is oil and gasoline resistant as well as highly slip-resistant (SRC), making the shoe particularly safe in slippery work environments. Moreover, the shoe is certified according to EN ISO 20345:2011 S1 and DIN EN 61340-5-1, thus meeting all required safety standards.
Available in sizes 35 to 52 and in an appealing black-blue, the boot offers a comfortable and safe workwear option for both men and women. The insole is replaceable and complies with DGUV 112-191 for orthopedic inserts. Special widths are available on request to accommodate all foot widths.

Shoes have been tested in accordance with the specifications of DIN EN 61340. They generally have a volume resistance of 7.5 x 10^5 to 3.5 x 10^7 ohms.
Safety class S1
Shoes with a protective toe cap. They are slip-resistant, antistatic and have energy absorption capacity in the heel area. They also have a closed heel area. A fuel-resistant sole is also possible.
Metal-free toe cap
Metal-free toe caps are plastic/composite toe caps made of fiber-reinforced plastic. They are lighter than steel or aluminum caps and are not thermally conductive.
Slip resistance SRC
The shoe is slip-resistant both on ceramic tiles with NaLS (sodium sulphate solution) and on steel floors with glycerine.
Very lightweight shoe
The shoe is made of textile material and therefore has a low weight (size 42 less than 500 g). The low weight significantly reduces the effort and energy required from the wearer.
Exchangeable insole
The insole is not firmly integrated into the shoe, but only inserted loosely. It can therefore be easily replaced if necessary.
DGUV 112-191
This regulation stipulates that orthopaedic insoles may only be used in safety footwear in conjunction with a valid type examination. This is to ensure that specified and tested properties (e.g. antistatic properties) are maintained.
uvex xenova® system
The high-performance, completely metal-free uvex xenova® system is used to protect the foot in the safety shoe. The protective toe cap fits perfectly and guarantees special comfort when working on the knees and bumping. The flexible, penetration-resistant midsole fits exactly to the insole in its width, does not act as a cold bridge and thus promotes comfort when worn.
