CORTRONIC Customer-Store-Container 551x362x220 mm black

The CORTRONIC Customer-Store-Container, manufactured by Kolb, is a highly functional storage solution for technical applications that require prevention of electrostatic discharges. With dimensions of 551 x 362 x 220 mm inside and 578 x 389 x 227 mm outside, this container made from electrostatically conductive corrugated cardboard offers efficient use of space and is also stackable, optimizing storage logistics.
The surfaces of this container are coated both inside and outside with an electrostatically conductive coating that provides a resistance of 10^7 - 10^8 Ω. Additionally, the exterior is equipped with a water-repellent and scratch-resistant coating that protects the container even under demanding environmental conditions. The electrostatic shielding is confirmed with 10 nJ in the Energy Bag Test, ensuring the safety of sensitive electronic components.
The black color and the ESD warning print on the container emphasize its suitability for use in ESD-sensitive environments. The container can also be used without a lid and is fully recyclable, making it an environmentally friendly option.

CORTRONIC Customer Store Container

Depending on the application, the CORTRONIC corrugated cardboard customer store container can also be used without a lid. The lid is available separately. The container is characterized by the following properties:

  • reusable
  • black, with ESD warning logo
  • Electrostatically dissipative coating and seal on the inside and outside
  • Water-repellent and scratch-resistant coating on the outside
  • Surface resistance inner/outer cover: RS = 107 - 108 Ω
  • with high shielding properties
  • electrostatic shielding <10 nJ (Energy Bag test)
  • Stackable; stacking lugs on the longitudianl side
  • recyclable
  • with ESD warning label
  • in compliance with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1


The CORTRONIC customer store container of this product family differs in its dimensions. No partitions are available for the 550x365mm containers.

Compared to other containers, these containers are stackable.
