CORTEC tray COR-05.CTR.el
The CORTEC Tray COR-05.CTR.el by Kolb is a highly functional solution for the safe transport and storage of sensitive electronic components. These trays are made from corrugated cardboard and are coated both inside and outside with an electrostatically conductive coating, which is additionally protected by a water-repellent and scratch-resistant surface. The black color ensures a discreet appearance.
The trays are recyclable and feature stacking lug reinforcement for increased stability. They are specifically designed for use in standard Euro containers of sizes 400 x 300 mm and 600 x 400 mm, as well as in Customer-Store containers. The COR-05.CTR.el version includes a conductive foam insert in black with a thickness of 1.5 mm (with a tolerance of +/- 0.5 mm), providing additional protection.
The external dimensions of the tray are 351 x 246 x 31 mm and the internal dimensions are 297 x 230 x 28 mm. The surface resistance is between 10^5 and 10^6 Ohm, highlighting the effective electrostatic shielding. These characteristics make the CORTEC Tray a reliable choice for technical applications where protection and durability are paramount.

The trays in this product family are available in different versions: without foam, with conductive/conductive foam inlay or extra sturdy. The respective version can be identified by the article number:
- CTR = without foam
- CTR.as = with foam inlay dissipative, pink (thickness 2 mm, tolerance +/- 0.5 mm)
- CTR.el = with foam inlay conductive, black (thickness 1.5 mm, tolerance +/- 0.5 mm)
- CRT-EE = without foam inlay, very stable version, high shielding
