Tray dissipative COR-05.CTR.as
The tray COR-05.CTR.as, manufactured by Kolb, is a highly functional solution for the safe transport and storage of sensitive electronic components. This tray is made of corrugated cardboard, which is coated with an electrostatically conductive coating both inside and out. Additionally, the exterior is equipped with a water-repellent and scratch-resistant coating, making the tray particularly durable.
The trays are recyclable and feature reinforced stacking lugs, making them ideal for use in Euro containers of sizes 400 x 300 mm and 600 x 400 mm, as well as Customer-Store containers. The specific model COR-05.CTR.as includes a conductive foam insert in pink with a thickness of 2 mm (tolerance +/- 0.5 mm), providing additional protection.
The dimensions of the tray are 351 mm in length, 246 mm in width, and 31 mm in height, while the internal dimensions are 297 x 230 x 28 mm. The surface resistance is between 10^5 and 10^6 Ω, ensuring effective electrostatic shielding.
