The CARBOSTAT air cushion interlayers with dimensions of 350 x 250 mm and a thickness of 0.1 mm are made from a permanently volume-conductive copolymer. This three-layer film is smooth on both sides and recyclable. The bumps of the interlayers, with a height of 4 mm and a diameter of 10 mm, contribute to secure cushioning.
The black film without print complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, which makes it particularly suitable for use in electrostatically sensitive areas. The surface and volume resistance is at 10^4 Ω, ensuring effective dissipation of electrostatic charges.
The film thickness is precisely 100 micrometers (my). With proper storage, the durability of the air cushion interlayers is unlimited, making them a sustainable choice for technical packaging solutions.
