Dissipative air bubble film 600 mm x 100 m three-layered

The three-layer, conductive bubble wrap from EPApack, manufactured by DPV, provides an optimal solution for protecting sensitive electronic components. This product is made from recyclable polyethylene and meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, ensuring quick and safe discharge. The film has a width of 600 mm and a roll length of 100 m, totaling 60 m² per roll. The pink film is printed with the recycling symbol LDPE 4 and contains no amines. It is smooth on both the outside and inside, which facilitates easy handling. With a bubble diameter of 10 mm and a height of 4 mm, it provides reliable protection. The surface resistance ranges between 10^10 and 10^11 Ω, and the discharge time is a maximum of 2 seconds. This product has a shelf life of up to three years when properly stored, protected from UV radiation, and kept at a humidity level above 20% and an ambient temperature between 10 and 25 °C.
