Dissipative air bubble film 600 mm x 100 m three-layered

The three-layer, conductive bubble wrap from EPApack, manufactured by DPV, offers a width of 600 mm and a roll length of 100 m, totaling 60 m² of protective material. This special film is kept in the color pink and complies with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1, making it ideal for sensitive electronic components. The material is made from recyclable polyethylene and is amine-free. The smooth exterior and interior facilitate handling, while the three-layer structure provides additional protection against puncturing.
The bubble pads have a diameter of 10 mm and a height of 4 mm. The film thickness is 0.1 mm. The surface resistance is between 10^10 and 10^11 Ohms, and the maximum discharge time is only 2 seconds, highlighting the high efficiency in dissipating static charges. However, this product is neither weldable nor resealable, which should be considered when using.
