DRY-Shield ESD protective bag DPV-2000 457 x 609 mm

The DRY-Shield ESD Protection Bag DPV-2000 from EPApack, manufactured by DPV, is a highly functional shielding and barrier bag specifically designed to protect sensitive electronic components from moisture and electrostatic discharge. With a size of 457 x 609 mm and a thickness of 0.09 mm, this bag provides an effective barrier against water vapor with a permeability of 0.31 g/m².
The material consists of an innovative multilayer of dissipative polyethylene and polyester, complemented by an aluminum-coated polyester film, which together ensure an electrostatic shielding of less than 15 nJ. The surface resistance is less than 10^11 Ω and the maximum discharge time is 0.03 seconds, confirming compliance with MIL-PRF-81705 and ANSI/ESD STM11.31 standards.
The bags are both vacuum-sealable and heat-sealable, but not resealable, and come in a pack of 100 units. They are amine-free and lead-free, making them an environmentally friendly choice. The standard print includes the ESD warning symbol, the moisture symbol, the type designation, the recycling symbol, the LOT number, and the RoHS symbol, enabling clear labeling and easy handling.

These dissipative metallized shielding bags are moisture-impermeable, metallized barrier bags with a special multilayer made of dissipative polyethylene and polyester as well as aluminium-coated polyester film. The bags offer excellent protection against moisture and electrostatic charge.
