HIGHSHIELD shielding bag 457 x 457 mm

The HIGHSHIELD shielding bags measuring 457 x 457 mm provide an efficient solution for protecting sensitive electronic components. These metallized and transparent bags are made from a multilayer structure that allows for high shielding against field induction while minimizing triboelectric charging. The outer layer of dissipative polyester and the inner layer of permanently antistatic, amine-free polyethylene ensure a surface resistance of 10^9 to 10^10 Ohm.
The bags are equipped with aluminum vapor deposition, which provides electrostatic shielding of less than 10 nJ. They are also resealable and recyclable according to DIN EN 61340-5-1, making them an environmentally friendly option. The side seam welding increases the stability and weldability of the bag. They are standardly printed with an ESD warning symbol, type designation, recycling symbol, and LOT number. These features make the HIGHSHIELD shielding bags particularly suitable for assemblies with batteries and accumulators. With a packaging unit of 100 pieces, they offer a practical and secure packaging solution.

The dissipative metallized HIGHSHIELD shielding bags Zip protect electronic parts and components from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and prevent static charge on the bag, which could damage ESD-prone parts and assemblies.

The bags have the following common properties:

  • reclosable
  • heat-sealable
  • recyclable
  • non-abrasive
  • Exterior -怀dissipative polyester, surface resistance Rs = 109 - 1010 ohm
  • Metallization - aluminized怀
  • Interior -怀dissipative polyethylene, surface resistance Rs = 109 - 1010 ohm
  • Electrostatic shielding of < 10 nJ (Energy Test)
  • Multilayer structure, transparent
  • High protection against field induction, lowest triboelectrical charge
  • Controlled dissipation of existing charges without spontaneous discharge
  • For devices with disposable and rechargeable batteries

  • Standard imprint: ESD warning symbol, type designation, recycling symbol and LOT no.
