CARBOSTAT tubular film 500 mm x 250 m

The CARBOSTAT tubing film with dimensions of 500 mm x 250 m is a high-quality packaging solution for electronic components that need to be protected from electrostatic discharge. Made from a permanently volume-conductive copolymer material, this antistatic film meets the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-3. Thanks to its flexibility, it can be easily adapted to various product sizes.

CARBOSTAT® Tubular film

CARBOSTAT tubular films made of permanently volume conductive copolymer material are antistatic films used to protect electronic components from electrostatic discharge. These films offer a safe packaging solution to prevent damage to sensitive components during transportation and storage. They are flexible and easily adaptable to different product sizes. The tubular films have the following common properties:

  • heat-sealable
  • permanent volume conductive copolymer material
  • surface resistance Rs < 1 x 104 Ω
  • volume resistance Rv < 1 x 104 Ω
  • black
  • recyclable
  • Standard imprint: type designation, ESD warning symbol, recycle symbol and LOT no.
  • in compliance with ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-3
