PU foam 267x216x30 mm

The electrostatic dissipative PU foam from EPApack, sized 267x216x30 mm, is an optimal solution for use in shipping boxes that must comply with the ESD standard DIN EN 61340-5-1. This product is available in two different versions: as profiled foam with a 1:1 profile or as smooth foam. Both variants are available in pink and offer a safe environment for the transport of sensitive electronic components due to their antistatic properties.
The technical specifications include a length of 267 mm, a width of 216 mm, and a thickness of 30 mm. The material used to make the foam is polyurethane, which can withstand operating temperatures from -10 to 100 °C. The auto-ignition temperature is 400 °C and the decomposition temperature is 180 °C. With proper storage, the foam has a durability of up to 2 years. The conductive conductivity of the material provides additional protection against electrostatic discharges.

These PU foams with napped foam profile are electrostatically dissipative. They are suitable for use in shipping boxes and as upholstery foam. The PU foams are characterized by the following properties:
